White iPad 2 images were spot on

The images we posted the other day with 9to5mac.com of the white iPad 2 were real. Many complained, moaned, called them fake, and all sorts of other things. The fact of the matter was that we did provide legit pictures. First the iPad non-retina LCD, followed by the white ipad 2 digitizer/glass. I’d say fairly accurate. 🙂

Just a quick shout out to 9to5mac for working with us.

P.S….we’re ready for all your iPad 2 repair needs!

White iPad 2 Glass – The hunt for the great white iPad

We were able to get our hands on some white iPad 2 Glass, which we then shared with our friends at 9to5mac. We can tell you how pretty it would look on a nice iPad. Early mock-ups that were seen showed vector drawings of white iPad 2’s. These are not mock-ups, nor are they fake in any way. See for yourself. Glass, cable, digitizer, front, and back. March 2nd will prove to be an exciting day for iPad enthusiasts and as the hype of the Motorola Xoom still is in the air, this will for sure silence the crowd and draw their attention elsewhere, and that being to the iPad. Perhaps in the near future we’ll be offering white iPad conversion for your iPad screen repair.

Here’s a couple pictures for you to drool at, look at, do whatever with. Have a question or comment? Let us know your thoughts!

Verizon iPhone 4 Water Damage repair – All phones are drawn to water

We’re always told to expect the unexpected. Well, we went against the grain with that one. We expect the expected. Somehow, people’s phones and water always seem to mix. New phones, old phone, red phones, and white phones. It’s almost as if phones and water are meant to be together. The thing the really sucks is that electronics and water don’t mix.

With the new outbreak(yes….outbreak), of Verizon iPhone 4’s on the market, we know there will be an outbreak of Verizon iPhone 4 repair following closely behind. We’re locked, stocked, and loaded as the first round of the verizon iPhones are hitting our loading docks and in need of some desperate repair.

This morning we had a water damaged Verizon iPhone 4 graciously enter our doors, tripped sensors and all. The very distraught customer asked us to take particularly good care of their phone when she ordered our Verizon iPhone 4 Water Damage repair, while we assured her that it is in good hands, and we’ll treat it as if it was our own.

Exposing the back was a tangled web of tiny screws and obstacles that Apple undoubtedly made more difficult than needed to prevent people that want to tamper with the insides of their phones. I’ll agree with Apple and them standing behind the idea that if you’re not sure what you’re doing, don’t mess with it. Pentalobular screws, some more tiny screws, and some more tiny screws that sit inside other tiny screws.

We’re going to advise you, this is not something you’re going to want to undertake yourself. You will get lost, you will get mixed up. We took a bit of time to put together strategic method for those in need of DIY iPhone repair. We’ll be following up with that here shortly.

We wish all iPhones were created equal, but fortunately, our technologically advanced society and the nature of competition(even within a company), drives new generations to be quicker, faster, and stronger(sometimes). iPhone 2g < iPhone 3G < iPhone 3Gs < iPhone 4 <= Verizon iPhone 4.

Should you be in need of fixing you Verizon iPhone 4, please, don’t attempt to do-it-yourself. If you insist, we’d be happy to give you some tips on how to not loose your screws and make sure everything goes back together the way it was originally.
