Even the awesome iPhone 4S is prone to water damage

Often times a new device comes along, one that is promised to be the best, of the best, of the best. It takes 8MP pictures, browses the internet faster than ever, and is extremely far from water proof. The phone has been out for all of 2 weeks now and already we’ve already gotten our hands a little dirty from fixing the latest and greatest. From cracked screens to water damage, they’re already coming through the door.

Do not fear, as we are here. If you drop your iPhone 4S in water, be sure to turn it off, do not try to turn it on. If you dropped it in salt water, rinse it with fresh water. Stick it in a bag of rice, and send it into us ASAP. The sooner you get it to us, the better chances you have with survival.
